Ted Stone, III
Ted Stone is a principal of Bear Companies and is responsible for managing and strategically planning the firm’s business activities. Stone’s family began developing residential subdivisions and single-family homes in 1955. Stone grew up active in the family’s development business and continued his pursuit of commercial real estate experience at SMU before entering the industry full-time. Across several platforms and multiple cycles, Stone has become an accomplished and seasoned commercial real estate executive. He has been involved in the industry since his teens and has acquired, developed, or capitalized more than 5M square feet of commercial space and over 4,000 acres of land.
Baron C. Saterbak, CAPS, CAM
Baron Saterbak is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of multifamily property management and development expertise. Saterbak's family began developing real estate in 1956. Under Baron's direction, Bear Holdings Group grew to the third-largest multifamily purchaser in the Phoenix MSA in 2019, culminating in a significant portfolio sale in 2021, achieving a 43% IRR to its stakeholders. His extensive experience includes directing large-scale renovations, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and consistently achieving high occupancy and NOI targets across multiple property markets and cycles.
